My name is Jennifer Brennan, and I have worked as a Physical Therapist for 10 years. I graduated from St. Francis University in 2015 with my doctorate. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient facilities, focusing on neurologic rehabilitation. I earned my Neurologic Specialist Certification (NCS) in 2020 and am also certified in vestibular rehabilitation.

I am from Long Island, New York, and I moved to North Carolina in 2018. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our puppy, Kora. I also enjoy traveling, running, yoga, kickboxing at Aktivate Fitness, and reading (I love mystery novels)!

I enjoy working with others towards realistic goals and helping individuals live their best lives. I am also excited to work with and be part of the Aktivate team!

I am a Physical Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience, having graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo. I have dedicated my career as a Physical Therapist at Duke Raleigh Hospital, where I work with patients facing orthopedic, neurological, medical, and chronic conditions. My professional focus has centered on balance and dizziness, and I have earned a certification in Vestibular Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Guided by both personal and professional experiences, I am committed to helping others restore stability and improve their quality of life.

Born in Germany and raised by Polish parents, I developed a love for travel and an active lifestyle from an early age. Sports and nearly two decades of martial arts training instilled in me discipline, resilience, and core values. Today, I strive for balance in life, spending downtime with my wife and husky, including walks and weekly Yoga sessions.
